These Terms govern use of www.shimmerwrist.com and purchases from Imaginary Bosses Incorporated d/b/a Shimmer Wrist. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these Terms and incorporated policies.

Adult purchasers and product information

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to order. The store and checkout are directed to adults, even when products are for children. Adults are responsible for supervision and reviewing age recommendations, warnings, ingredients, directions, and care information. We try to describe products accurately, but colors, scale, packaging, handmade details, and screen appearance may vary.

Prices, orders, and payments

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and disclosed charges may be added. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but is not always final acceptance. We may limit or cancel orders for inventory/pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, safety concern, or inability to fulfill. Canceled paid amounts are refunded. You authorize the submitted payment method and confirm the information is accurate and authorized.

Policies and safety

Our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Custom Orders and Party Favors, Privacy, and Product Safety pages are incorporated into these Terms. Use products only as intended and follow labels, directions, age recommendations, supervision requirements, and warnings. Do not use damaged or recalled products.

Customer content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Shimmer Wrist a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for publication, order fulfillment, store operation, promotion, and improvement. You confirm you have the right to provide it. Shimmer Wrist’s name, logo, design, original photos, graphics, descriptions, and site content are owned by or licensed to Shimmer Wrist and may not be exploited without permission except as allowed by law.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or malicious activity; interfere with security or functionality; submit false information; or attempt unauthorized access.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and services are provided as available without unstated warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preferences outside descriptions or approved custom orders. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shimmer Wrist is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Monetary liability involving a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for it unless law requires a different remedy.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law. Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it by contacting us. We may post revised Terms prospectively. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continue to the extent permitted.
