- Approve your order. Review the written design summary and custom-order terms before approving and paying the required amount.
- Let the making begin. Work proceeds according to the agreed order details. Any important changes are discussed before moving forward.

How much does a custom piece cost?
Pricing depends on the design, components, size, quantity, personalization and packaging. Delivery is addressed in your quote. Request a quote for your specific idea before making payment.
Can I choose the exact colors or charm?
Share your preferences and we will confirm availability. The images are examples; a specific charm, bead or color is included only when it appears in your approved order details.
How long will my order take?
Production and delivery timing are confirmed for each order. Tell us your event date when you first contact us. An event deadline is guaranteed only when Shimmer Wrist confirms it in writing.
What are the materials and measurements?
Materials and finished measurements vary by design and are confirmed with your quote. “Gold-tone” and “rose-gold-tone” describe the appearance of the hardware. Please ask about the material composition before ordering if you have metal sensitivities.
How should I care for my piece?
Handle the cord, beads and closures gently. Keep jewelry and keychains dry and away from perfumes, lotions and cleaning products. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store separately to reduce tangling and scratches. Remove necklaces before bathing, swimming, sleeping or active play.
What should I know before gifting to a child?
Jewelry and keychains contain small components and are not toys. Keep them away from children under 3 years. An adult should select an appropriate item, supervise use and check the cord and attachments regularly. Review our product safety guidance.
What are the custom-order terms?
