Shipping policy

In-stock orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Custom orders and preorders

Personalized products, custom party favors, special quantities, preorders, and backorders follow the estimate on the product page, quote, or written confirmation. Production starts after required information, approvals, and payments are received.

Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, package details, and available carrier services.

Available destinations, services, rates, and estimated transit times appear at checkout. Carrier times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Shimmer Wrist. Weather, carrier disruption, peak seasons, address problems, and events outside our control can cause delays.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete, accurate address. Contact us immediately about an error; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional charges caused by an incorrect, refused, or undeliverable address may be charged when permitted by law.

Tracking and problems

Tracking is sent to the contact used at checkout when available. For a lost, damaged, or materially delayed package, email us with the order number. Keep packaging and take clear photos. We may need cooperation with a carrier investigation.
