Shimmer Wrist will review your choices and reply with a design summary, availability, price and timing. A request does not reserve supplies or guarantee an event date. Any material substitution needs your approval.
Our custom-order policy generally requires a 50% deposit, unless your written quote states otherwise. The deposit is refundable until work begins. Review the full Custom Orders and Party Favors Policy before accepting a quote.
What if I do not know which details to choose?
Leave those choices blank and tell us your favorite colors or theme. Sanai can suggest a combination for your approval.
Care and materials
Keep handmade accessories dry, avoid pulling or stretching them, and store them separately. Tell us about material sensitivities before ordering; component composition must be confirmed for your design.
