This policy applies to personalized jewelry, customized gift bags, party favors, themed bundles, special quantities, and other made-to-order products.
Quotes and order details
A quote is based on quantity, design, colors, materials, personalization, packaging, delivery method, and timing. A quote is accepted only after Shimmer Wrist confirms the order and receives the required deposit.
Deposit and final payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve an order and begin work unless the written quote states otherwise. The deposit is refundable only until design work, sourcing, or fulfillment begins. Once work begins, the deposit becomes nonrefundable because time and resources have been committed specifically to the order. The remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline and before final production, shipment, delivery, or pickup.
Customer information and proof approval
The customer is responsible for accurate names, spelling, dates, colors, quantities, sizes, themes, delivery information, and other customization details. Approval of a proof or written summary authorizes Shimmer Wrist to proceed. Later changes may be unavailable or require a revised price and timeline.
Colors, materials, and handmade variations
Screen colors, materials, trims, beads, charms, prints, and handmade placement can vary slightly from photographs or digital proofs. Reasonable variations that do not materially change the approved design are not defects. We will request approval before a material substitution.
Customer-supplied names, images, and logos
By providing content, the customer confirms permission to use it for the requested order. Shimmer Wrist may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Cancellations, changes, and final sale
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Before work begins, the deposit will be returned. After work begins, the deposit is nonrefundable. Custom and personalized products are final sale except when Shimmer Wrist made a customization error, supplied the wrong product, or delivered an item with an approved defect.
Event dates and children
Order well before an event date. A date is guaranteed only when Shimmer Wrist expressly confirms it in writing. An adult purchaser is responsible for selecting age-appropriate items, reviewing warnings, supervising use, and distributing favors responsibly.
