Refund policy

Eligible items may be requested for return within 14 calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, instructions, seals, and hygiene liners. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

• Custom or personalized goods after work or sourcing begins.
• Opened or used cosmetics, eye masks, nail/adhesive products, and hygiene-sensitive items.
• Worn, washed, altered swimwear or swimwear missing tags or hygiene protection.
• Gift cards, downloads, Final Sale items, and products damaged by misuse or improper care.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders

Email your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. When approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or prepaid return instructions.

Return process

1. Email us with the order number, item, and reason.
2. Wait for written authorization.
3. Return securely with tracking by the stated deadline.

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. Original shipping is nonrefundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; allow up to 7 business days for our processing plus bank processing time.
